Meet the Maruca’s
Combined 85 years experience in real estate, Alphonse and Divina Maruca bring an amazing wealth of knowledge to their real estate clients. Divina is a licensed real estate broker, licensed mortgage loan originator, retired attorney of 35 years, and buyer and seller of mortgage notes. Divina and Alphonse have built 15 homes in the past few years in Manatee County, Divina handles all the permits, marketing and contracts and Alphonse supervises the many contractors that worked on the homes. Alphonse’s experience in real estate started at a young age, buying, remodeling, building and renting property. He has owned painting companies, and several other large companies and enjoys the daily challenges of the real estate business.
